The Special Title Listings
Updated March 6, 2007
Welcome to the The Special Title Listings, currently edited by Rachel Potter. This time around we updated five existing lists and also open five additionally existing lists for your submissions (through the end of March).
We hope you enjoy your journey into our lists, remembering all the while that they are perfect to print out for your next book store excursion. Over the years we’ve had a marvelous time providing /wp-content/uploads/oldsiteimages for the lists to match their content…enjoy those as well, and let us know by commenting below which are your favorite lists, and /wp-content/uploads/oldsiteimages. To learn more about list definitions, as well as their history and design, please click here.
We update these lists using a round-robin schedule wherein each month we open a group of lists for your submissions, a month later that group closes and another group opens. And shortly thereafter, the lists previously opened are updated with your vetted submissions.
To submit suggested titles to opened lists, use our online form. At this time we are considering whether or not e-books (books primarily published in e-book form) will be acceptable for inclusion on our lists. Check back periodically to see if we’ve made up our minds.

I am looking for the title of a romance novel…It would have been published in the late nineties. It has three romance stories all about two people who are married and do not believe that the other has true love for them…there is a story about a plain girl who marries the “runt” and they fall in love…another story has a man who marries a woman he believes to still be in love with someone else…please help!!!!!!!!!!thank you

While finalizing the updates Rachel sent in today, I realized that one of my favorite lists – in terms of /wp-content/uploads/oldsiteimages – was being updated. I thought it might be fun to ask which of our lists you most enjoy, and which of the /wp-content/uploads/oldsiteimages you like best. My favorite /wp-content/uploads/oldsiteimages are generally the funny ones, including:
Granny with her shotgun on Shotgun Weddings Lucy suffering from the “gobloots” on Amnesia…Or Not Barney and Fife and Maxwell Smart as part of the Spies, P.I.’s & Warriors montage Pepé Le Pew on the Unrequired Love list Madeline Kahn and Peter Boyle for Favorite Funnies. It took me weeks to find those specific /wp-content/uploads/oldsiteimages from Young Frankenstein, one of the funniest movies of all times. TTFN, LLB

I just looked through all of the /wp-content/uploads/oldsiteimages again. I like most of the funnies, but my favorite pictures are:
Courtroom Dramas – because To Kill a Mockingbird is probably my absolutely favorite movie. Shotgun Weddings – Granny’s pretty funny in the picture Alternate Reality – Really, no explanation needed…I loved those two!! Perfect First Spouses – It’s a really sweet picture! Spies, PIs, and Warriors – What a group…Barney Fife, Pierce Brosnan, and Mel Gibson But my absolute favorite – Sports Romances — As a long time Chicago Bulls fan, what better than to see Michael Jordan’s picture?

You don’t have to love the Bulls to think Michael Jordan is one gorgeous guy! It was once suggested that we replace his picture with one of Jeff Gordon…I nixed that one. ;) TTFN, LLB

Is there a listing wherein the heroine is older than the hero? I’ve read a few.

i’m looking for a book. it had two secondary characters a boy somewhat nerdy who was a drawer, and asks a girl if he can draw her. she is hot and later on in the book they make love and she’s a virgin. (the story involves the navy or military one of the secondary characters may be related.

Could it be Suzanne Brockmann’s The Unsung Hero – David and Mallory – two social misfits.
If not, try asking on the Reader to Reader Board CIndyS
