About Me Favorite Romance Novels
I taught myself to read when I was four using the Peanuts comic strips and I haven’t looked back since! My favourite thing to do is to reread an old favorite. That is why my ereader is now my most prized possession! I have all my favorites with me, all the time, and can reread whatever I’m in the mood for.
Absolute Favorites
With Every Breath by Lynn Kurland
Lover Awakened by J.R. Ward
Favorite Classic
Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen
Emma by Jane Austen
Personal Reading Tastes Favorites by Sub-Genre
What I’m a sucker for in a book:
Humor, heroes and heroines who aren’t afraid to admit their feelings, Alpha heroes, family series where beloved characters return and we can see “where are they now”, tortured heroes who aren’t afraid to admit weakness
What I Don’t Care for in a book:
Too many steps back in the pace of the romance
What drives me absolutely nuts in a book:
When the Big Misunderstanding is the only plot device, when every book by an author follows the exact same pattern
