Burning Bright

Burning Bright is the name of a mysterious candle shop in the small town of Crescent Cove, Vermont. In this holiday anthology, three women discover the shop and buy a candle that impacts their lives. What’s most interesting about this collection is that each heroine is of a different faith with different holiday traditions. The two stories where the heroines’ beliefs are treated with a light touch are the most successful, while the one that’s more in the reader’s face falls flat.
