Heart and Swords

The last Celta book by Robin Owens fell in the C range for me. Still, when the opportunity came up to review this anthology (which contains stories entirely set in the Celta world), I couldn’t pass it up. I had previously read excerpts of most of the stories on Ms. Owens’ web page, and had a vested interest in one of the characters. Nevertheless, even with that element this book failed to hold my interest.
